205mm tall, early colonial pottery (some thought to Benhar over Milton??) advertising water jug for J Speight & Co Ltd on one side and City Brewery 1898 J. Speight & Co XXXX Dunedin to reverse, a previously unrecorded version of the known jugs, handle is looped and much shorter and the base footing is also different, light crazing Very Good 9/10
