Two West German art pottery jugs/vases with handles, on the left, 370mm tall cream glaze with flower decoration to the outside, designed by Heinz Siery and manufactured by Scheurich Keramik, 1957-59 with its iconic sharp angular modernist handle and tapered hourglass silhouette this example showcases a cream coloured textured finish decorated with a hand painted, minimalist atomic rockabilly stylized flower motif, with yellow glaze to the inside, Foreign 272 38 to base, small rim edge chip, minor marks, Very Good 8.5/10 plus 355mm tall handled vase was manufactured by Bay Keramik introduced in 1959 with an elongated tapered neck and angular geometric handle featuring a mottled off white textured base glaze, with its abstract liner cross hatched pattern accented with blocks of muted green and ochre yellow glaze cream glaze with geometric design, West Germany 272 35 to base, minor marks, Very Good 9/10 (2)
